Product information
We take reasonable care to present accurate product names, sizes, ingredients, allergen information, images, prices and availability. Packaging and appearance may change. Customers must check the physical label before use, especially for allergens, ingredients, storage instructions and best-before or use-by dates. Orders and contract formation
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean acceptance. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance because of stock, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, delivery restrictions or other reasonable grounds. Any payment taken for a cancelled item will be refunded.

Products are subject to availability. We will not make a materially different substitution without consent. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate refund.
