Where we deliver
We currently deliver to eligible addresses in the United Kingdom. Some postcodes, islands, remote areas and addresses requiring special handling may be unavailable or may require a different delivery charge. Available services and the final charge are shown at checkout before payment.
Processing and delivery estimates
Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Standard delivery is normally estimated at 2–5 business days after dispatch. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. We will contact the customer if an order is materially delayed or cannot be fulfilled.
Delivery charges
Standard UK delivery is £4.99. Standard delivery is free when the order subtotal is £50 or more after discounts and before delivery charges. Any different charge for a remote postcode or special service will be displayed at checkout before the order is placed.
Address accuracy and delivery issues
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us promptly if an address needs correcting; we cannot guarantee changes after dispatch. If a parcel arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item or does not arrive within the stated estimate, contact us at info@alnoorfoodsuk.co.uk or +44 (0) 208 813 99 77 with the order number and relevant photographs where applicable.
Failed delivery and returned parcels
If delivery cannot be completed because the address supplied was incorrect, access was unavailable or the parcel was not collected, reasonable re-delivery or return costs may be deducted or charged where permitted by law. This does not affect statutory consumer rights when the failure is our responsibility.
